We provide a two-year warranty on our secateurs, loppers and hedge clipper products.
We provide a replacement service on nuts, bolts, springs, or pins for your ratchet secateurs and loppers. We also have spare parts for other products we supply, so it always pays to check with us for our after-sales service. Use the contact form or phone us to discuss.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of its arrival so we can discuss your concerns and come to a solution.
RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS
Our products are high quality and are thoroughly checked before being sent so you can order from us with confidence that the likelihood of receiving faulty goods is extremely low. Any faulty items must be returned within 7 days of receipt in the same condition it left us, and with postage prepaid by you. Any costs incurred in the return of faulty goods to us is not refundable. Goods must be packaged carefully to avoid damage in transit as we cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged during transit.
Faulty goods will be replaced or if this not possible we will refund the item in the same form that payment was made.

All personal information that we collect from you is maintained in accordance with this policy and will not be used in any way that is contrary to this policy. Personal information is any information that identifies you, or by which your identity could be deduced.
